Sprint Phase

Once the teams are chartered and the Sprints begin, we move from an instructional model to a production model.

Cadence

Triage (0:00 – 0:20)

Class begins with our standard stand-up. I will spend the first 20 or so minutes going over the most common friction points, along with some key trends I have been seeing across the project repositories, and demonstrate how I approach solving them.

Work (0:20 – 1:50)

This is the core of the course. The teams work on their current Sprint deliverables. During this time, the instructor acts as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). I will not be lecturing; I will be circulating. My role is to unblock you, review your architecture, and help you debug complex errors.
